OVERVIEW

Bedrock is a premium London Dry gin made with spring water from Ennerdale in the western Lake District. This water is distinctive thanks to its unique combination of pH and trace minerals: together with the botanicals it give Bedrock a very fresh citrus taste.

 

Along with traditional gin flavours such as juniper berries, coriander seeds, lemon and orange peel, angelica root, liquorice root powder and cinnamon, Bedrock is also distilled with kiln-dried oak bark also sourced from the Lake District. The addition of the oak bark helps to produce Bedrock's distinctive smooth and mellow finish. Lovely.
