The best way to contact us is through Live Chat (click on the blue panel in the bottom right hand corner of this window).
It will say 'Chat now' if someone is available to chat, or 'Leave message' if it's outside of office hours.
We will reply to all customer service messages by the next working day, please include your order number if you have it.
You can leave a voicemail to arrange a call back, if you are unable to send us a detailed message as above.
We are only a small team and so don't (yet) have a dedicated call centre, but we will try our very best to respond as soon as we can.
